The Contract:

Requires “Pass-Through” Retail and Mail Pharmacy Pricing
Mandates That All Rebates, Discounts and Other Payments from All Drug Manufacturers and All Other Third Parties Be Passed-Through To Clients
Mandates Specified Discounts For 200 of the Most Commonly-Used Generic Drugs
Guarantees Discounts Of At Least 60% On Virtually All Other Generic Drugs
Requires Specified Discounts For All “Specialty Drugs”
Requires the PBM to Disclose All Contracts with All Retail Pharmacies, Drug Manufacturers and Other Third Parties
Enables the Sheet Metal Workers’ Union To Negotiate Its Own Retail Pharmacy Contracts - With the PBM’s Assistance - During The Second and Third Contract Years
Enables the Sheet Metal Workers’ Union To Negotiate Its Own Contracts With Manufacturers - With the PBM’s Assistance - During the Second and Third Contract Years
Guarantees Full Audit Rights and Complete Transparency
